Our dedicated strength area gives members the space and equipment needed to train seriously and progress safely. Whether you're focusing on power, hypertrophy, or overall strength, this zone is built for results.

  • Plate-loaded equipment

  • Dumbbells up to 60kg

  • Space to train without overcrowding

Functional Training

A versatile training space designed for movement, conditioning, and group sessions. The Studio supports everything from structured classes to individual functional workouts.
